Termite Control in Salem, AL

Termites can be active in your home for months before you notice anything. If you own property in Salem, a professional inspection is the only way to know for sure what's happening inside your walls.

Our termite exterminators in Salem use the Trelona Advanced Termite Bait System to target colonies at the source. Bait stations go in around your property, monitor activity year-round, and eliminate colonies directly when termites show up. If there's already an active infestation, we add a spot treatment alongside Trelona for faster knockdown. The result is long-term protection that keeps working well after the initial treatment is done.

Every program includes an annual inspection at no extra cost, and your coverage is backed by a two-part guarantee: a retreatment guarantee and a damage repair guarantee.

Here's why homeowners choose termite treatment in Salem from Envirogreen:

  • Free annual inspection included with your program
  • Trelona bait system eliminates colonies at the source
  • Spot treatments added when active infestations need fast control
  • Year-round monitoring with no gaps in protection
  • Damage repair guarantee and retreatment guarantee included
  • Technicians trained in both pest management and horticulture

Termite Protection That Works Before Damage Has a Chance to Start

Termite control at Envirogreen is built around eliminating colonies at the source, not just treating what's visible. The Trelona Advanced Termite Bait System monitors your property year-round, targets active colonies directly, and includes an annual inspection as part of a simple monthly program, with no separate service fees to track.

Here's how the program works:

  1. Bait stations are installed around the perimeter of your property to monitor for termite activity
  2. When activity is detected, Trelona bait works directly into the colony to eliminate it at the source
  3. For active infestations, a targeted spot treatment is applied alongside Trelona for faster control
  4. An annual inspection is included at no extra cost as part of your ongoing monthly coverage

Why Envirogreen Is the Right Choice for Termite Protection in Salem

Every technician at Envirogreen completes extensive training before treating a single property, bringing real expertise across both pest management and horticulture. That means your termite program is backed by a team that understands your entire outdoor environment, not just the structure it surrounds. The two-part guarantee covers both damage repair and retreatment, giving you a program with teeth behind it.

A Warranty That Actually Has Your Back

Most termite programs make you read the fine print to find out what's not covered. Envirogreen keeps it straightforward with a two-part guarantee: if termites come back, we retreat. And if damage occurs, we've got that covered too.

You get both a retreatment guarantee and a damage repair guarantee, so you're not left holding the bill if something goes wrong. That's a level of coverage a lot of competitors simply don't offer.

Warning Signs of Termite Activity in Your Home

Termites can work through the structure of a home for months before anything visible shows up. By the time most homeowners notice something is wrong, the damage is already underway. Knowing what to look for can make a real difference in how quickly a problem gets addressed.

Common signs of termite activity in Alabama homes:

  • Hollow-sounding wood when tapped, especially along baseboards, door frames, or floor joists
  • Mud tubes running along foundation walls, piers, or crawl space supports
  • Discarded wings near windowsills or doorways after a termite swarm
  • Bubbling or uneven paint on walls that resembles water damage
  • Tight-fitting doors or windows that have recently become difficult to open or close
  • Frass (termite droppings) that looks like small pellets or fine sawdust near wood surfaces

These signs do not always appear together, and some are easy to overlook without a trained eye. The structural damage that builds up in the background is what makes early detection so important for protecting your home's long-term integrity.

Ok guys! I checked all the boxes of what I like about this business. I took the plunge about seven years ago, took out some trees and laid some sod. It was quite an investment so lawn fertilization was necessary. I used a company for five years and the lawn suffered. I asked for the owner to evaluate, implement soil tests, etc. with no results. I decided to switch to Envirogreen via a work colleague's recommendation. I AM SO GLAD I DID!!! The owner came to check out my yard and he immediately figured out I had grubs.
